Peachtree Corners is a 17 square mile city located in the state of Georgia, along the western border of Gwinnett County. Conveniently located to major highways, and just 30 minutes from Atlanta, Peachtree Corners is the county’s newest and largest city. Founded on July 1, 2012, it is home to over 40,000 residents.
The new city’s roots began in the late 1960s as a dream of businessman Paul Duke, who pitched the idea of creating Peachtree Corners, a planned community to be built in the area once known as Pinckneyville. Duke’s dream included Technology Park Atlanta, a campus of low-rise buildings for high technology industries.

Peachtree Corners Town Center features several retail shops, 15 restaurants, a Cinebistro dinner theatre, townhomes and a 2+ acre gathering place, called the Town Green. The Town Green features plenty of open space for outdoor concerts, an elevated teak deck that overlooks the Green, and a few children play structures.

Companies thrive in the city's pro-business environment which offers a zero millage rate. The Gwinnett city is also home to a new business incubator, Prototype Prime, which promotes and supports the entrepreneurial spirit. It’s also home to Curiosity Lab at Peachtree Corners. Created in partnership with Sprint, this living laboratory will be a setting for testing autonomous vehicles and smart city technology in a real-world environment.
